Dryer vent cleaning

Dear St. Croix owners,

All dryer vent unit cleaning has been completed as of today 6/13/2025. Several units have booster fan issues and Kyle will be in-touch directly with you with those details. All hallway carpets and area rugs were cleaned this week. The intermittent door access issue may be related to the failure of the entrance gate motor and has hopefully been resolved.
